Extra large volume of carbon fill. A size two bag contains 5 kg of highly porous & uniform activated coconut shell carbon tablets. High absorption speed: 180 times faster than extruded carbon block. Low pressure drop, large carbon contact surface with water, low velocity, longer contact time and improved adsorption performance. Dual functionalities: Not only for impurity absorption, but also for contaminant particle retention. Exclusively FDA compliant media. 1 ~ 100 micron range, nominal rating. Patented SDS™ & STS pressure seal rings, steel snap-fit rings. Change-out pressure differential 0.12 MPa, Max. 0.25 MPa. SEM - Water Absorbent Matrix Bags SEM Matrix Series use a new type of specially formulated and highly effective water absorbent. In its pure form, such absorbent is capable of absorbing water from oil up to 100 times of it own dry weight. However in its pure form, such water absorbent tends to be unstable. Once exposed, it quickly absorbs moisture from open air. To stabilize the water absorbent for commercial applications, we mix certain percentage of Polyester fiber into the water absorbent to formulate our unique SEM Matrix media, which is capable of absorbing and retaining water content up to 50 times of its own dry weight. In addition to a standard line of SEM Matrix bags, we will launch SEM Designer filters simultaneously. Customers are encouraged to contact us with application specifications. As usual, we will custom make Designer SEM filters that are tailored to meet each individual customers' application requirements ANTI-STATIC FILTER BAGS Anti-static Polyester filter bags, Filter Code " EASY" , feature their static conductivity that allows the continuous static discharge during operation. During filtration operation, static electricity will unavoidably build up, which may park and cause sever explosions in flammable liquid applications. To prevent such hazards, it is crucially important to discharge static electricity continuously. Our " EASY" bags have embedded Anti Static Yarns that conduct and discharge static electricity as it occurs, safeguard spark-free operations. " EASY" bags are made of FDA compliant Polyester none-woven felt, embedded with special carbon anti-static electricity yarns. The standard series are made of Single Layer Profile. PLEATED, BI-DIRECTIONAL ( Dual-Flow) as well as various types of Anti-static Designers are also available upon request
